- Since we make all of our Garments Inhouse- An Order typically takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS MAX to process and make. Sometimes they are made quicker- it really just depends how many orders we have. Expect 1-2 weeks during the Holiday Season. Orders Placed on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the proceeding business day.
What Company do you use for shipping?
- We ship all orders via USPS via Priority Mail. We are not responsible for mail mishandling. Please contact USPS for shipping issues.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do! International Clients are responsible for customs claims and tariffs.
-We want you to love your garment! Please contact us if you have any issues with fitting of your garment. It is imperative that you get your sizing correct- incorrect measurements will give you an incorrect garment- this is not the responsibility of High Maintenance LLC. Orders sent back and reconstructed are at the cost liability of the client and may incur an additional fee. You have ONE WEEK from delivery date to make a claim. Expedite orders have 24 hours from delivery to make a claim. Order will be refunded for STORE CREDIT. Shipping FEE is not reimbursable.
CANCELLATIONS? Once an order is placed you have up to 24 hours to cancel the order, subtracting a 10% Restocking fee
I saw one of your designs and need it for a big event- Can you Expedite my Order?
-We do accept expedited orders on a case by case bases. Expedited Orders do incur an extra fee- starting at $50.
I don't understand Custom Sizing
- The premise of this company was to not be held to a Size Chart- we still offer clients the ability to send in their Custom Measurements at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Select "Custom" in the Sizing Variant- we will send you our Sizing Guide via email and Shopify Email.
Can we collaborate on an idea or design?
Of Course! We love collaborating, however keep in mind- we do not copy the work of other designers. Custom Design ideas start at $250.
